Meetings

Our committee members meet regularly. The committee meets the first Monday of every month, and this is the Administrative meeting. We conduct other business at this meeting. The club also has a meeting on the third monday of every month. This is a regular meeting, and is the meeting where new members are voted on. The meetings are held at the Radford Road clubhouse, and they start at 8pm.

Sickness and distressed members- Bub's mother passed, Ted sick, & Jack Martin had a stroke

Committee Reports- Bow Committee- NO REPORT

Trap and Sporting clay committee- 1 st shoot went real well 48 shooters. Thursday night shoot s are doing okay Sporting Clays Jan. 29th, Feb. 12th & 26th, March 11th & 25th And April 1st,15th & 29th 9am to 1pm or untill everyone is done. Members trap shoots are every Wednesday night, public trap shoots every thursday night.

Maintenance Committee- New lights are in

Dinner Committee- NONE

New members- 1 new member was read & voted on all passed

Old Business discussed- Lights in THANKS DEAN

Still missing some chairs

REMEMBER THE VEHICLE DECALS ARE AVAILABLE

New Buisness discussed- Brent Perry sent flowers to Scott Nisley's step mother funeral

Two non members are barred from property or ant event until furter notice. Gary Bryant & Austin Ross

Motion made to make Brent Layton head of Bow committee & Joe Adams to assist 2nd voted on PASSED

Motion made to get rid of the phone at the farm club & get direct tv 2nd passed

FEB 18th SWAP MEET 9 am till ???
